Trident Consulting is seeking a " Program Analyst” for one of our client in " Ventura, CA (Onsite)” A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Title: Program Analyst

Location: Ventura, CA, 93004 (Onsite)

(Travel to Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, Valencia as needed)

Pay rate: $30/hr-$32/hr on W2 (All inclusive)

Type of Hire: Contract

Duration : 18+ Months

Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Position Overview

Analytical role requiring 0–3 years of experience utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software. Responsible for gathering, documenting, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. Supports programs, projects, and assignments while demonstrating communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, analyze data, and draw conclusions
  • Perform a variety of functions supporting programs, projects, and assignments
  • Assist (under general direction) with developing specifications for programs
  • Read, write, and test code
  • Produce reports and work with database structures
  • Schedule and coordinate Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work
  • Manage scheduling systems and documentation
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor CPUC timelines for compliance
  • Prioritize backlog and ensure adherence to MPU procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in an analytical position
  • Experience with database programs and spreadsheet software
  • Working knowledge of 1 programming language
  • Ability to read, write, and test code
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions
  • Ability to manage deadlines, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency with basic computer and office software
  • Strong customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders

Education

  • Associate’s degree in a related field required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
