Summary T2S Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Analyst to join our team in Northern Maryland. Responsibilities Provide bottoms-up cost and schedule estimates Analyze program activities, such as acquisition or program planning, program "should cost" analyses, financial management, cost analysis, and other tasks related to Government programs, space and missile systems, or similar complex programs Interface with multiple program teams to create and maintain project based financial systems, including Estimates at Completion, Forward Planning projections, & Profitability Analysis. Support both customer and internal programmatic and financial reporting Interface with finance functions (Accounting, AR, AP, etc.) to support both program and corporate financial requirements Qualifications DoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required and minimum of 5 years of recent related experience Position requires experience applying cost estimating, cost modeling, cost analysis, program analysis, program management, scheduling, and related cost, schedule, and technical analysis Experience with analysis and estimation of space technologies is a plus Experience with Deltek Costpoint and related applications (COGNOS, DELTEK BI, Costpoint planning and procurement modules) preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer interaction, and presentation capabilities required Candidate must exemplify resourcefulness, persistence, and initiative within the team to ensure communication channels are open and purposeful Tenacity for data collection of the cost estimation process Must work effectively with a group of technical experts, corporate headquarters staff, and other members of the program analysis cell Compensation: 90-110k (DOE) T2S believes that our employees are our most valuable asset, and we strive to provide them with the resources and support they need to thrive both personally and professionally.
