Weekly Hours: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)

Position Overview: The Program Analyst will support the strategic development, implementation, and management of day-to-day operations and long-term projects related to administrative and scientific research functions. This role includes data analysis, report preparation, and collaboration with senior staff to coordinate and communicate project outcomes. The Program Analyst will assess processes, recommend improvements, and contribute to program enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Evaluation:
  • Provide technical expertise in developing and refining fellowship programs, establishing processes, and maintaining records.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, compile statistical data, and promote the program to educational institutions and potential candidates.
  • Analyze existing program databases, plan improvements, and present findings to program staff and management.
  • Communication & Outreach:
  • Prepare program-related materials such as brochures, websites, applications, and orientation documents.
  • Develop and distribute promotional materials for events, presentations, and educational exhibits.
  • Assist in organizing and executing workshops, retreats, and courses, coordinating closely with staff on event planning and logistics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct data analyses and generate reports to support decision-making by upper management.
  • Review NIH policies, research updates, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in program operations.
  • Compile and distribute orientation materials, event content, and meeting summaries.
  • Training & Staff Support:
  • Train and mentor staff on fellowship program processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Organize meetings and teleconferences, and ensure that staff have the resources needed to support program goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Resume Length: 3 pages maximum

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience in a related field

Preferred Software Experience:

  • CGE, Zoom, Canva, MS Office

Field of Study:

Candidates with a background in Miscellaneous Fine Arts or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
