CLAW Logistics, a North American source for full-service supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Sterling Heights. JOB OVERVIEW The Program Analyst supports the Program Manager in the coordination, execution, and monitoring of assigned customer programs and operational initiatives. This role is designed as a developmental position, providing hands‑on exposure to logistics operations and customer account management within an asset-based transportation environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Program Support Assist the Program Manager in managing assigned customer programs Support project development, planning and scheduling to meet customer deadlines Track implementation steps for new launches Help document processes and update standard operating procedures Customer & Account Support Monitor service KPIs such as on-time delivery, claims, etc. Assist with EDI implementation tracking and system updates Support contract tracking and renewal reminders Maintain customer fuel programs to ensure accurate billing Data & Performance Monitoring Assist in report development to meet company and customer goals Identify trends or service concerns and escalate appropriately Support bid tracking Analyze TMS system activity for data accuracy and customer / location deactivation Administrative & Operational Support Maintain organized digital files and documentation for assigned programs Prepare meeting materials and presentation documents Support the tracking and resolution of TMS support tickets QUALIFICATIONS Education Associates degree or equivalent proven experience Equivalent relevant internship or work experience considered Knowledge Logistics/transportation (DOT) experience a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office Exposure to TMS systems or EDI a plus Skills Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Analytical mindset and comfort working with data Clear written and verbal communication Professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Eagerness to learn and grow Solutions oriented Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
