Job Overview & Responsibilities As a Program Control Analyst 4 in Denver, CO, key responsibilities include: Develop and support strategic scheduling activities to achieve enterprise program goals. Track and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecasts. Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis. Develop and present schedule metrics for varying levels of leadership. Drive accountability on scheduling deliverables. Manage schedule data for complex programs. Generate reports from the IMS depicting scheduling conflicts and issues and brief stakeholders and senior management. Develop and work closely with internal and external customers to fully satisfy program schedule requirements. Support internal monthly and quarterly program reviews. Incorporate changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines. Recommend recoveries to schedule by way of scenario analysis and trades. Strategic business partner with the Program Management Team. Required Education Bachelor Required Years of Experience Minimum of 6 years of related work experience Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. Strong background and experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and in cost management and planning/scheduling. Demonstrated experience communicating successfully with program and finance leaders. Strong understanding of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Critical Path Analysis. Ability to resolve and/or mitigate negative float across multiple functions. Experience developing an initial IMS from ground-up through conducting integrated deep dive. Understanding of process flows from beginning to final product. Demonstrated ability to mentor and train earlier career professionals. Strong understanding and experience with a planning/scheduling tool. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding and experience with Deltek OPP and Cobra. Active knowledge of SharePoint. Understanding and application of EVMS/DCMA 14pts techniques. Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denver only) $103,925.00 - $173,208.00 Benefits 401(k) match plus an additional employer contribution. Discretionary annual incentive bonus for eligible employees. Generous paid time off. Flexible work environments. Most salaried ULA team members work a "9/80 schedule," meaning they enjoy every other Friday off.
