Program Control Analyst BAE Systems Norfolk Maritime Solutions (NMS) is searching for a Program Control Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. Responsibilities Collaborate with program manager and cross‑functional partners Manage program month‑end financial reporting activities Develop program baselines, and manage Estimates‑at‑Complete (EACs) Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) on active contracts Interpret financial and Earned Value metrics, and lead Variance Analysis reviews Manage and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly program financial data to internal stakeholders Lead program invoicing and cash collection from customers Carry out miscellaneous program financial analysis as required and continually assess and improve program control processes Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field with 6 years of work or equivalent experience Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines, particularly in the management of large government acquisition contracts Proficiency in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and application Aptitude in project forecasting and analysis within the US Defense/Aerospace industry Demonstrated problem‑solving and in‑depth analytical skills Ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Ability to prioritize and self‑manage a multitasked workload in a fast‑paced environment Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures Preferred Education, Experience & Skills Experience with Costpoint, SAP, or other equivalent accounting software Experience with Cobra, MPM, Open Plan, or other equivalent software Graduate business degree a plus Compensation and Benefits Full‑Time Salary Range: $92,180 - $156,707.
