This position requires on-site presence three or more days per week. Some travel between local campuses may be needed.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Program Planner/Scheduler to join a high-tech team focused on delivering innovative products in the Aerospace and Defense sector. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating a comprehensive project schedule that aligns with program objectives and meets customer requirements. You'll collaborate closely with program managers, control account managers, and project teams to support efficient execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts, statements of work, and deliverable requirements to create detailed project schedules.
  • Coordinate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to assess resource needs.
  • Establish and maintain program baselines in line with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards.
  • Perform regular schedule updates, incorporate changes, and ensure data integrity for audit purposes.
  • Provide critical path analysis, variance reports, and look-ahead schedules to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Generate customer and management reports, and present schedule data as required.
  • Support programmatic risk management by identifying schedule impacts and assisting with mitigation strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for multi-program scheduling and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Deep understanding of and 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Aerospace and Defense industries.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project Server and related project management tools.
