Job Overview We are seeking a Finance Lead to support the Emerging&ProprietaryPrograms portfolio within the Advanced Electro‑Optical/Infrared Solutions (AES) team. The role reports to the AES CFO and partners with the Emerging&ProprietaryPrograms Director, Program Leadership, and functional organizations to support financial planning, program execution and business objectives. Location: McKinney, TX. Role type: Hybrid. Salary range: $132,400–$251,600USD, with potential short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation depending on level. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of five or more finance professionals, assigning work, providing coaching, mentoring and supporting employee development. Partner with Program Leadership and functional organizations to support program execution, financial planning and business objectives. Implement and maintain financial controls supporting contract execution and investment activities. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and contractual requirements across the program portfolio. Lead Estimates at Completion (EACs), Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long‑Range Plan (LRP) processes. Support financial forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, proposal activities, cash management, capital planning and return‑on‑investment (ROI) analysis. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field with at least 10years of relevant experience; or advanced degree with at least 7years. Experience managing staff and leading business teams. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Experience communicating financial information verbally and in writing. Experience performing financial analysis and supporting business decision‑making. Experience identifying and resolving financial and business process issues. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating activities across organizations. Experience supporting program proposal strategy, negotiations and Performance‑Based Payment (PBP) activities. Experience supporting Government, DoD or Aerospace programs. Knowledge of GAAP, FAR and CAS. Experience supporting external EVM reporting.
