Program Coordinator – New Brighton We are seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for our location in New Brighton! Program Coordinator responsibilities: Assist the Program Manager in ensuring that the tasks on resident care plans are completed Assist with schedule changes Ensure completed documentation Provide quality personal care services and health-related services Program Coordinator Qualifications: A two-year-degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long‑term‑care setting Ability to model excellent work behaviors and team‑oriented problem solving Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to self‑motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities Ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community ASI offers Competitive pay $23.00 starting wage 3 week Paid time off Education dollars Wellness rebates Paid training including First Aid and CPR Learning and advancement opportunities AND The opportunity to make a real difference - every day!
