This position is responsible for providing programmatic and administrative support to the Center for Energy & Environmental Sustainability (CEES).**Responsibilities:*** Develop and coordinate outreach activities for the center including development of activities to support the Energy Engineering Learning Community, professional development activities for students, staff and researchers.* Participate in the marketing, recruiting, reporting and monitoring of student activities related to the project.* Provide administrative support in the form electronic payroll actions, accounting, procurement (purchase requisitions and invoices), administering the timetraq, leavetraq and other related functions of the center. Processing of scholarship and internship applications.* Assist the Director, Technical Coordinator and Group Leaders in preparing and submitting the financial, and technical reports to the sponsor and assist the center researchers in writing technical proposals.* Assist the researchers and the outreach team to coordinate the center’s outreach activities with other similar activities in the college and university. Update outreach materials, the website and producing written materials for student recruitment. Develop external relationships and partnerships to promote the center and its activities.* Assist the Director in preparing, managing, and maintaining financial and personnel records for the Center. Assist the director in planning and coordinating the External Advisory Board and Internal Steering Committee meetings.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Required Education and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree* Two years of related experience.**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.* Verbal and written communication skills.**Job Posting Close Date:*** 04/22/2026**Required Attachments:**Please attach all required documents listed below in the attachment box labeled as either “Resume/CV or Resume/Cover Letter” on the application.
