Title: Program Analyst/CoordinatorLocation: Redmond, WA 98052Hours: M-F 8-5 Hybrid, 3 days on site (Tue-Th)Duration: 3 months contract (with possible extension)Summary:As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team.This role will be part of the Transportation team, supporting the following functions:1. EV charging operations2. Fleet operations3. Planning and install project supportDay to day tasks | ResponsibilitiesCoordinate EV charging projects, including tracking progress, timelines, and deliverablesSupport daily EV charging operations by monitoring performance and addressing basic issuesAssist in operations activities such as data tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendorsProvide project management support for planning and EV chargerManage and prioritize multiple administrative and coordination tasks across projectsEngage and communicate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and clients) to ensure alignmentMaintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reports for ongoing initiativesIdentify and escalate risks, delays, or issues impacting timelinesSoftware / Technical SkillsProficient in basic computer operations and digital toolsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (navigating spreadsheets, data tracking, analysis)Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and reportsAbility to efficiently navigate and interpret Excel spreadsheetsFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot for productivity and task supportEducation: At least GEDYears of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience, with a background in data, EV charging infrastructure, or sustainability initiatives preferred.Interview Process: 1 virtual
