SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director/Physician to practice in Baraboo, WI.

Flexible employment options are available with this position. Option to split your employment time:

  • Family Medicine Residency Program Director
  • Residency Faculty
  • Family Medicine outpatient practice
  • option to have schedule of 4 days a week or 5 days a week

Position offers:

  • Base salary
  • Quality bonus
  • Flexibility to choose appointment template

Located just 40 miles north of Madison, Wisconsin in the scenic community of Baraboo, Wisconsin.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of Family Medicine Physician experience highly preferred
  • 2 years of Residency Program Director experience highly preferred

SSM is Mission & faith-based integrated healthcare system offering a multi-specialty clinic setting with access to specialists and a Collegial & collaborative team.

This is a great opportunity for a new Program Director to grow multiple skills & reshape the FM residents' experience & curriculum in conjunction with the University of Wisconsin in our program under the new ACGME requirements.
