$80k- $110k Depending on Experience

Sign on Bonus $10,000

Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Are you excited about this Program Director job?
  • Will lead the daily operations of our opiate treatment program, directly supervising staff and driving exceptional performance across key areas such as operations, compliance, and customer service.
  • Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services.
  • Your role includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements, all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.
  • Conduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility.
  • Additionally, you'll monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network, all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Licensed LPN/RN Washington or:
  • Licensed by the Washington State Dept. of Health as a SUDP:
  • Must have at least three thousand hours of experience in a state approved substance use disorder treatment agency.
  • Twenty-eight clock hours of recognized supervised training may be substituted for one thousand hours of experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Meet Washington requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • We follow guidelines regarding prohibited substances even those legal at the state level.
