Since our establishment, we have demonstrated and perfected our ability to manage the customer's needs, no matter how complex - offering exceptional service and the Precise solution. We are searching for a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support our PMA 262 customer in Patuxent River, Maryland.Duties:Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectivesAnalyzes requirements, status, budget and schedulesPerforms management, technical, or business case analysesCollects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programsTracks program/project status and schedulesApplies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data managementDirect coordination with Fleet customer on TD implementation schedules and taskingResponsible for ECP/TD reviews and associated implementation schedulesCoordination with IPTs to understand scope, technical complexity, and dependencies of approved change packagesCritical member of the scheduling team aligning the Independent Government Schedule to fleet activitiesRequired Education: Possess a BA/BS degree ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Required Experience: Three (3) - Ten (10) years' experience performing the duties described above.Desired Experience:Demonstrated understanding of maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft operations, mission systems, and stakeholder coordination within the naval aviation enterprise.Hands-on experience with NAVAIR configuration management processes, including retrofit planning, engineering change proposals (ECPs), technical directives (TDs), kitting strategies, and technical evaluations.Proficient in project planning and visualization tools such as Microsoft Project and OnePager Pro for schedule development, milestone tracking, and status reporting.Working knowledge of NAVAIR processes and procedures in one or more of the following areas: contracts management, budget and financial management, and logistics support.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
