PMO Analyst – c£45,000-£50,000 | Hybrid, North WestWe’re supporting a leading organisation with an opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join their Change function. This role will support the delivery of key change initiatives by maintaining strong governance, reporting, and portfolio insight. The role is hybrid with one day on site per fortnight.What we’re looking for:Experience in a PMO, project support, or change environmentExposure to IT, regulatory, or business changeUnderstanding of waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methodsStrong reporting, organisation, and stakeholder communication skillsAwareness of risk, governance, and project controlsWhat you’ll be doing:Producing portfolio and project MI, dashboards, and reportsSupporting PMO governance processes and frameworksTracking risks, issues, dependencies, and actionsMaintaining PMO templates, tools, and documentationAssisting with assurance activities, project reviews, and lessons learnedSupporting budget and benefits tracking across the change portfolio
