Job Title - Program Manager – PMOLocation: Hosur, Tamil NaduWork Week - 6 days (Monday to Saturday)OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional programmes across design, supplychain, infrastructure, and production. This role requires strong governance, cross-functional alignment, and operationalexcellence to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will serve as the key liaison between internal teams and customers,champion digitalisation, and support ISO compliance while driving organisation-wide capability building.Programme Planning & ExecutionDefine programme scope, milestones, budgets, and KPIs using phasengate methodologies.Build and manage detailed programme plans covering engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, production, and customerdeliverables.Drive risk identification, mitigation, issue resolution, and alignment.Cross-Functional CoordinationLead engineering readiness, design releases, reviews, and change management.Coordinate infrastructure readiness including utilities, IT, facilities, security.Align with SCM for procurement, material planning, supplier follow-ups, and ramp-up.Operational & Performance ManagementTrack KPIs, dashboards, and drive cost savings, kaizens, and RCA.Lead programme reviews with leadership, internal teams, and customers.Support costing, budget planning, cost control, and ROI analysis.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure ISO audit readiness and documentation accuracy.Lead internal audits, SOP updates, and PMO process improvements.Digital TransformationIntegrate digital tools for project tracking, reporting, collaboration.Drive adoption of MS Project, Power BI/Tableau dashboards, automation tools.Customer Interaction & CommunicationAct as primary customer SPOC for daily programme communication.Conduct customer meetings, reviews, technical updates, and presentations.Lead customer visits, factory walkthroughs, audits, assessments.Plan and conduct executive visits and high-level presentations.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical: Program/Project mgmt, MS Project, Power BI, GD&T, ISO, budgeting, digital tools.Soft: Communication, leadership, customer-facing skills, decision-making, problem-solving.QualificationsBE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics. MBA preferred. PMP/PMI preferred. Lean Six Sigma desirable.Experience Required1 - 3 Years of Experience in programme/project management in manufacturing/engineering with customer-facing exposure.
