Program Manager / Program‑Level IT PM - Salesforce/Hybrid/Direct Hire 5006Tier4 Group is seeking a program‑level Project Manager to join our Technology organization during a period of rapid transformation and growth following an acquisition. This role is not a traditional task‑tracking PM position. We are looking for a strategic thinker and execution leader who can quickly understand business context, connect initiatives across teams, and translate leadership intent into clear, executable outcomes.The successful candidate will operate in a startup‑like environment inside a growing enterprise, where systems, processes, and teams are still being built.
