GAI Insights | New York City | Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week) | Contractor, Paid Hourly ABOUT GAI INSIGHTS GAI Insights helps companies adopt AI. We specialize in private equity, hedge fund, and alternative asset management firms. We run hands‑on training programs using ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. Our work builds AI fluency across the enterprise. THE ROLE You will run day‑to‑day operations for 3-5 client engagements. You will coordinate across client departments, manage training logistics, and keep programs on track. This role is based in the metro New York City area. You will attend in‑person client meetings 2-3 times per month. RESPONSIBILITIES Run weekly client meetings. Maintain a live agenda and task log for each engagement. Coordinate across client departments (AI, HR, Learning & Development, Compliance) and GAI Insights leadership. Track and distribute surveys, assessments, and feedback tied to training milestones. Keep the master schedule of workshops and calls accurate for your accounts. Build and maintain ROI documentation, including business case tracking, for each program. Run the AI Champions onboarding process. Handle scheduling, communications, and ongoing engagement. Communicate clearly and quickly with all stakeholders. Flag risks early. Attend in‑person NYC client meetings 2-3 times per month. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years project management experience. Asset management or financial services experience is strongly preferred. Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). We will test this. High enthusiasm for AI. A personal track record of using it to boost your own productivity. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Strong written and verbal skills. Comfortable with C-suite and senior stakeholders. Based in or near New York City. Available for in‑person client meetings. Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, and Airtable. PREFERRED Background in Learning & Development, workforce training, or change management. Experience with AI adoption, digital transformation, or emerging technology rollouts. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Toggl, Airtable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
