Summary:

Oversees and coordinates activities related to contract execution, serving as the primary point of contact for program inquiries.

This role ensures effective interdepartmental collaboration across engineering, certification, and supply chain, while also managing vendor and partner activities to ensure project success.

Acts as the customer's main contact for prototype contracts of moderate value and technical complexity.

Drives team alignment through clear communication and shared objectives.

Ensures compliance with Statements of Work (SOWs) and contract terms for assigned projects.

Manages small- to mid-scale projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards, including post-delivery support.

Communicates program priorities and statuses to internal and external stakeholders.

Organizes and leads coordination and milestone meetings.

Guides change order processes within approved thresholds.

Provides program updates via reviews, status reports, and meetings.

Ensures interdepartmental and external coordination to support project requirements.

Oversees modification center schedules and activities.
-
May negotiate contract adjustments, including delivery dates and costs.

Builds and maintains positive customer relationships.
Required Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.

Aerospace background with aircraft interiors experience required.
-
Expertise in end-cycle manufacturing and installation program management.

Proven ability to meet strict schedules, budgets, and SOW requirements.

Adaptability to processes tailored for prototype engineering and integration.

Broad technical knowledge and understanding of certification requirements.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with complex document analysis and responding to sensitive inquiries.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to sit for extended periods, lift/move up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Requires close/color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Additional Requirements:

Must be willing to travel and work outside core business hours as needed.

Demonstrated experience with accounting, database, and project management software.

Must qualify as a US Person for compliance with ITAR regulations.
