Position Overview: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager for AI Center of Enablement. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to manage the execution of proposed AI experiments and use cases. This role involves analyzing the value delivered by AI use cases, ensuring architecture reviews are conducted, delivery checklists are followed, and AI guardrails are met. The Technical Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of AI initiatives across the organization.

| Tech Stack | We are looking for candidates with 10 to 14 years of overall IT experience, specifically with hands-on experience in Project/Program Management. The ideal candidate should have managed AI projects and possess strong experience in production support within the Healthcare domain, which is a mandatory requirement.
Note: Candidates with more than 15 years of experience or less than 10 years, or those lacking relevant experience in the Healthcare domain, production support, or AI projects, will not be suitable for this project. Additionally, candidates who are not local to the client's location or within the rate card which mention above will not be considered. |
| Job Description | Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Onshore Project Manager Lead to oversee our GenAI Production Support team This role involves managing the daily operations of AI production systems ensuring optimal performance and leading cross functional teams to deliver high quality support and solutions Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead the planning and execution of GenAI production support projects Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables Develop and maintain project schedules budgets, and resource allocation Team Leadership Manage a team of support engineers and analysts providing guidance and mentorship Foster a collaborative and high performance team culture Operational Oversight Monitor production environments for performance availability and security Implement and enforce best practices for incident management and problem resolution Ensure timely responses to production issues minimizing downtime and impact on business operations Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for all production support inquiries and escalations Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and resolutions Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth transitions from development to production Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within production support Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Experience 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on production support Strong background in AI ML technologies and production environments Skills Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Proficient in project management tools and methodologies e g Agile Scrum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional PMP certification or equivalent Experience with cloud platforms eg AWS Azure and AI tools Familiarity with ITIL best practices for service management |
