Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to serve as Key Personnel for our Business Process Agreement (BPA). The PM will act as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the Government, ensuring smooth execution and administration of the BPA and associated task orders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, customer relations, and team leadership. The primary functional areas under management will include Human Resources, Acquisitions, Financial Management, and Facility/Security Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contractor and Government, helping to resolve issues and ensuring effective communication regarding the administration of the BPA and task orders.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of BPA-related activities, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Manage key functional areas including Human Resources, Acquisitions, Financial Management, and Facility/Security Management, ensuring these areas operate effectively and meet the objectives of the BPA.
  • Educate and train Contractor staff on the technical scope, value, and benefits of the BPA to ensure they can effectively communicate with both current and potential customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting as required under the BPA and associated task orders.
  • Participate in all BPA-level meetings, conferences, and other events, as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (MS/MA) or equivalent.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • 10+ years of experience performing program management or similar functions, particularly in management consulting services.
  • Proven experience in managing functional areas such as Human Resources, Acquisitions, Financial Management, and Facility/Security Management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
