Overview The Clarkston Community Center is hiring a Part-Time Program Manager. For those who may not know us well, the Clarkston Community Center has been a gathering place in Clarkston for over 30 years. We host programs that bring people together through arts and culture, wellness, education, and community events. Our work is rooted in relationships, accessibility, and responding to what our community actually needs. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple programs at once. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, coordinating details, and working closely with people. Role details Part-time, 25 hours per week Based in Clarkston, GA $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience Reports to the Executive Director What this person will do Plan and manage community programs, including arts and culture, wellness, and events Handle logistics like scheduling, materials, timelines, and participants Work with artists, partners, and community members Support outreach and promotion of programs Track participation and outcomes, including support for grant reporting Coordinate with staff, interns, and volunteers What we’re looking for At least 3 years of experience managing programs or events Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through Experience working in nonprofit or community-based settings Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience matters Bonus if they have marketing or design experience How to apply Please email a resume and short cover letter todirector@clarkstoncommunitycenter.org.
