The Compliance Program Manager is a key contributor to the Compliance Department’s goals and objectives and helps ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Compliance Program.**Education:*** BA/BS degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, public health, or a related field **required**. Relevant experience in a related healthcare or compliance may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.**Experience:*** 3–5 years of healthcare compliance experience required, preferably in a hospital, health system, or other provider setting. This includes direct experience supporting a healthcare compliance program required, including experience with compliance operations, policy implementation, auditing and monitoring, investigations, regulatory education, corrective action follow-up, or related program activities **Certification/Licensures:*** CHC – Certified Healthcare Compliance - Required or ability to obtain certification within twelve (12) months of acceptance of assignment**Skills:*** Superior interpersonal and organizational skills.* Superior oral and written communication skills.* Strong organizational, documentation and tracking skills.* Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.* Ability to manage multiple and often competing projects and/or demands, while adhering to strict timelines.* Ability to motivate, develop and direct people to accomplish objectives.* Ability to act with confidence, build trust and credibility and collaborative relationships.* Ability to escalate issues appropriately and work within defined authority.* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot or similar tools.This position is 100% onsite in Walnut Creek, CA## **Work Shift:**Exempt Salaried (United States of America)**Pay Range:**$118,159.00 - $177,238.00### ### Salary### Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
