Description: Patriot Enterprises will provide transition assistance, information, training, counseling, and services to eligible Soldiers, spouses and families in support of the US Army's Transition Assistance Program (TAP).


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Patriots authorized representative with full authority over day-to-day contract execution, workforce direction, and operational decision-making.
  • Provide centralized leadership for a large, geographically dispersed workforce, ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and service delivery across all supported locations.
  • Establish and enforce standardized management, scheduling, and reporting processes to ensure mission coverage, staffing continuity, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain routine and sustained coordination with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other government leadership to ensure alignment with performance expectations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Act as the primary interface between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel for operational matters, performance discussions, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor workforce performance using defined metrics and quality standards, implementing corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
  • Ensure all positions are staffed with qualified personnel, including oversight of onboarding, credentialing, backfill, and surge support across multiple geographic locations.
  • Manage staffing coverage during normal operations, Government closures, holidays, and contingency conditions to ensure uninterrupted mission support.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and staffing risks, escalating issues appropriately and implementing preventive measures.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with all contractual, security, and personnel requirements.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in program or contract management supporting in support of geographically dispersed programs
  • Understanding and experience working within Army organizations at senior echelons with experience supporting / executing Army Transition Assistance programs is preferred.
