This temporary "bubble" assignment is critical for driving alignment and simplification across our global commercial organization. This role will be responsible for leading the transition from our current fragmented programs to a unified global Water Tech SIP framework. This initiative impacts a substantial global population and significant annual costs. Core Responsibilities Program & Project Management: Serve as the central owner for the global SIP harmonization timeline, keeping the project organized and driving all workstreams toward a successful Q1 2027 rollout. Stakeholder Alignment: Lead and facilitate discussions with senior commercial leaders, regional leaders, and other key stakeholders. Driving Impact Modeling & Analysis Efforts: Oversee data collection & analysis efforts related to impact modeling (e.g., win/loss analysis) to articulate the financial and motivational impact of proposed changes on the sales organization. Use data-driven insights to challenge assumptions, guide decision-making, and demonstrate the value of harmonization. Lead change management planning efforts including ensuring buy-in from leadership, development of a robust change management and communication plan and associated materials for commercial and HR teams. Partner with regions to help them understand the SIP governance framework and build associated processes to ensure compliance with the same. Qualifications This is a demanding role that requires a self-sufficient leader who can manage ambiguity and drive results independently. Must-Have Skills: Exceptional Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long-term, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion. Stakeholder Influence: Proven experience in building consensus and influencing senior leaders across different functions and geographies. Must be persuasive and resilient. Preferred Experience (One of the following is essential): Direct experience in rolling out or harmonizing SIP or compensation frameworks. Significant experience in a Commercial Operations role with a deep understanding of sales team impact and performance metrics. Key Attributes: Self-Sufficient: A self-starter who can take ownership and drive the program with minimal oversight. Resilient: Comfortable navigating resistance and pushing for progress in a complex, matrixed environment. Diplomatic & Firm: Knows how to balance stakeholder management with the non-negotiable need to advance the project.
