Program Description: Rain Garden, a 29-unit Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program located in Wilsonville, Oregon, supports adults diagnosed with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). Residents enjoy considerable independence in their own studio apartments, with access to 24-hour staff support and various services, including case management, mental health counseling, and more.
Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager III to oversee the day-to-day operations of our supportive housing programs at Rain Garden. The successful candidate will lead staff in providing treatment, oversee facilities operations, and support a Trauma-Informed Care environment. This leadership role will involve significant responsibilities in inter-agency program development and oversight, emphasizing evidence-based models of care in specialized residential services settings.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual program goals in alignment with Cascadia Health's strategic objectives.
- Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the daily operational success and compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Foster inter-agency relationships to enhance program effectiveness and client care continuity.
- Oversee the application of best practices and evidence-based models in service delivery.
- Provide direct clinical supervision, therapeutic interventions, and administrative oversight.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years providing direct support services in a human services or healthcare setting. Demonstrate the competencies to become credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) with MHACBO.
- Required: Five years in a related field, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Preferred: Experience in 24/7 supportive housing program management and familiarity with harm reduction or housing first modalities.
- Strong understanding of DSM, recovery models, and evidence-based practices.
- Proficiency in data management and report preparation.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; CPR and First Aid certifications.
