Job Description/ Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in program or project management within IT, ideally within retail or a consumer-oriented industry. Proven track record of managing projects from inception to successful delivery.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong driver with the ability to work effectively with multiple vendors and partners, driving accountability and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and experience managing hybrid projects.
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter, results-oriented, ownership attitude, strong driver, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
