OrangePeople is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic Global Programs team. The Program Manager will play a critical role in launching a new third-party partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to drive results by working with cross-functional partners. Understanding of the Digital ad industry, knowledge of the organization's family of apps, and analytical background will be of added advantage.
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
  • Own & Drive key milestones of the Program to stay on track for an on-time launch, working with various XFN stakeholders to ensure on-time deliverables
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams like Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Legal to deliver Programs.
  • Develop internal & external communication, reports, and collaterals needed for successful program activation.
  • Act as a program activation STO - manage meeting cadences, processes, and documentation.
  • Use data to develop reports on progress including status updates to executive leaders,
  • Manage inbound from internal stakeholders - questions, queries & escalations.

Performance Evaluation:
  • Performance will be evaluated based on project management capabilities (ability to manage large complex projects), effective communication skills (oral & written) and ability to deliver in partnership with cross-functional partners. Attention to detail, exceptional documentation and analytical ability. The individual will be expected to pull data and analyze reports, identify issues, point out insights, make improvements, and drive adoption with minimal supervision.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience in Partnership and/or project management
  • Strong operational background - bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with a cross-functional teams across time zones
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of Digital Advertising and products.
Soft-Skills:
  • Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a start-up environment.
  • Good analytical skills - ability to work with data to create meaningful reports and provide insights.
