Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (based on education & experience) Shift: Varies Job Type: Full‑time Essential Functions Supervises, assists with hiring, and evaluates staff performance, develops measurable objectives for necessary improvements and implements appropriate corrective action to staff adhering to human resources policies and utilizing Human Resources when necessary. Oversees clients’ individualized treatment planning process and provides assistance as required. Provides direct supervision of the direct care staff members and coordinates with other clinical, supervisory, and educational departments to optimize client services. Oversees direct‑care staff scheduling to ensure compliance with contractual guidelines, controls overtime, and ensures fair and equitable schedules. Reviews and approves direct‑care staff timecards for accuracy and completeness and submits them to appropriate payroll personnel in a timely manner. Participates in conferences to discuss behavior and client progression and provides direction to other supervisory staff. Regularly participates with and supervises clients in specific daily programmatic activities. Ensures contractual compliance and provides services in a professional manner. Reviews case files for quality and timeliness and provides direction and assistance to supervisory staff as needed. Reviews performance measures monthly; addresses programmatic improvement needs directly with clinical staff. Coordinates training needs with training staff and assists with ensuring training needs are met for regulatory compliance purposes. Serves as a point of contact between supervisory staff and program/facility management. Assists program/facility director with programmatic goals and development. Assists with managing client flow such as entering, discharging, and re‑entering the program/facility. Monitors ordering of supplies and materials for all departments to operate effective programmatic activities within budgetary and fiscal guidelines. Demonstrates appropriate use of Safe Crisis Management (SCM) and provides effective supervision regarding SCM. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum four years of progressively responsible experience in residential and non‑residential program/facility, at least two of which must be in a supervisory or managerial position; OR Master’s degree in a related field and minimum three years of progressively responsible experience in residential and non‑residential program/facility, at least one of which must be in a supervisory or managerial position. Ability to obtain and maintain Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification. At least 21 years of age. Driver's license. Physical exam that includes TB and drug testing. Criminal clearances (State Police, FBI, and State Child Abuse Clearances). Successful completion of background screening and applicable pre‑employment checks, including employment and/or personal references and driving records.
