Direct support over the next 4 months

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the Review Process and Timelines
  • Lead and ensure enterprise service and technical support through the end of the review period.

  • Monitor completion rates and coordinate follow-up with leaders to ensure timely submission of evaluations and ratings.

2. Support Communication and Training
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to develop and deliver communications that inform stakeholders about review processes, expectations, and enhancements.

  • Ensure training resources are available and easily accessible for managers and employees to understand the review process and system updates.

3. Analyze and Report on Review Outcomes
  • Maintain a feedback loop to capture employee experiences and lessons learned for the program retrospective.

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and designated teammates to collect and synthesize performance review completion data.

  • Partner with the Employee Experience team to plan the year-end program retrospective and prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on program effectiveness and future improvements.

4. 2026 Performance Cycle Planning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute the 2026 performance cycle aligned with divisional and departmental strategic goals.

  • Support planning for program and technical enhancements, as well as change and communication strategies.

5. Coordinate and Facilitate Enterprise Goal Setting, Alignment, and Communication
  • Lead the launch of the enterprise goal-setting process, including communications, timelines, guidance, resources, and training.

6. Launch Annual Feedback Cycle (Check-Ins)
  • Launch Q1 Check-Ins and communicate expectations, guidelines, and timelines to leaders and employees.

Critical Skills Required:
  • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing talent and/or performance management programs in a large organization.

  • Hands-on experience with HCM systems such as Oracle or Workday.

  • Strong project management and change management experience.

  • Proven ability to manage program deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

  • Significant experience in workflow and program development, including requirements documentation, procedures, and implementation planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities, both independently and collaboratively.

  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, building partnerships across organizational boundaries.

  • Proficiency in overseeing initiatives from concept through planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition phases, ensuring thorough management review.

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal - for engaging with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (M365) tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive, to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity in large organizations.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience designing and facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training, education, and experience.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification and experience.
