Oversee and program‑manage a large, strategic M&A initiative. Lead multiple cross‑functional project teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery across the M&A program. Manage SIT and UAT schedules across domains, ensuring alignment and timely execution. Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders. Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Monitor project performance, track changes, and address issues proactively. Manage risks, issues, decisions, and assumptions throughout the program lifecycle. Establish and maintain a structured communication plan and cadence for the program. Coordinate with diverse functional and business teams to ensure alignment with program objectives. Manage resource onboarding, offboarding, and allocation across project teams.
