Job Description:
Looking for an IT Program Manager who ideally has prior finance experience but minimally has experience working with Financial applications and finance teams as this role will work closely with their internal Finance leadership.

This person will need to have experience with OneStream Financial Software

3-5 Must Haves (need to be highlighted in sizzle & present on resume)

• Strong IT Project/ Program Management experience with Finance Systems
• Experience working closely with Finance Teams and Applications, prior hands on Finance experience is a big plus
• Must have OneStream experience
• Experience working in manufacturing, ideally automotive is strongly preferred
• 8+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in finance systems and transformation initiatives
  • Expertise in program governance, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with financial platforms.
