Program Manager Personnel SecurityPosition Summary:Program Manager Personnel SecurityLocation: Hanover, MD or Fort Meade, MDWork Posture: On-site (Telework on a situational/ad-hoc basis)Travel: OccasionalDeployment: NoDrug screening: YesSecurity Clearance: TS/SCI Citizenship: Must be a U.S. CitizenRequired Experience:Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in personnel security clearance processes and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a staff of 50+ personnel.Must demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task by accurately and efficiently performing in all areas concerning performance reporting, personnel duty scheduling, personnel recruiting and retention, etc.Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Must possess experience in contract management, process optimization, and risk mitigation.Preferred Experience:Project Management Institute's (PMI) certificationSalary: Commensurate with experienceResponsibilities:Overseeing program management office operations, securing resources (including staffing) to meet contract demands, and ensuring timely responses to tasking requirements.Fulfilling all technical, financial, and contractual obligations.Sancorp Consulting LLC shall, in its discretion, modify or adjust the position to meet Sancorp's changing needs.
