Program Manager (Architecture) | Contract | Hybrid (Tues-Thurs): Plano, TexasOptomi, in partnership with a leading client in the automotive industry, is seeking an Architecture Program Manager to join a high-impact enterprise technology team. This is a hybrid role based in Plano, TX, supporting the Technical Architecture group with portfolio execution, financial operations, and cross-functional coordination.This role is ideal for a tech-savvy program manager who thrives in enterprise environments, enjoys building strong relationships across teams, and has a knack for organizing complex initiatives.Responsibilities:Serve as the go-to coordinator for enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring successful planning, tracking, communication, and execution across programsSupport budgeting and financial processes, including contractor tracking, funding gaps, variance reports, business cases, and executive summariesHelp visualize architectural workload, track technical debt and modernization efforts, and assess current vs. future state of key initiativesPartner with architects to develop value-driven materials (one-pagers, service offerings, etc.) that align with broader IT goalsCoordinate across internal stakeholders, including vertical and horizontal teams, to maintain program health and momentumAct as a central point of escalation and connection for a highly collaborative technical teamQualifications:Proven experience managing technical programs or portfolios within large enterprise environmentsAbility to navigate internal dynamics, communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support technology teams with maturity and flexibilityExperience working alongside architecture or engineering teams (not required to be deeply technical but should understand enterprise IT)Strong organization and communication skills—this role supports executive reporting and needs someone comfortable building concise summaries and financial visualsFamiliarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Apptio, and SAP is helpfulComfortable working onsite Tues–Thurs in Plano, TX (hybrid model)
