Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Wickliffe, OH. Our client is Fortune 500 manufacturer seeking a skilled contractor to help lead several operations-critical initiatives. This role will play a key part in implementing enterprise systems across multiple sites and driving alignment between Operations, IT, and vendor partners. Rate Range: $65.00/hour to $75.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Job Responsibilities QAD and eQMS experience Ability to drive process alignment and system implementation across multiple teams Desired Qualifications Lead end-to-end project management using a combination of waterfall and agile methodologies. Manage daily task tracking, milestone planning, and coordination across operations, IT, and vendor teams. Guide system integration and implementation activities across operations and IT. Support testing, quality assurance, and technical vendor collaboration. Develop and execute communication plans, including executive updates, KPIs, financials, risks, and roadblocks. Monitor resource needs, financials, burn rate, and dependencies across teams. Oversee change management, user training sessions, and documentation. Maintain all project artifacts including charters, plans, risk registers, communication plans, financials, and design decisions. Produce final project summary report upon completion.
