JOB DESCRIPTION


The Program Manager is responsible for implementing the introduction of new product into the on-going production systems. The Program Manager will communicate, coordinate, and facilitate activity designed to enable the company to support new products in on-going production. The Program Manager will deliver hands-on expertise in full life cycle PCB development, electro-mechanical, and APQP quality planning processes.


Essential Functions:

  • Program Manager in managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts
  • Review and ensure program plan, project tracker is released and updated as appropriate
  • Overall responsibility for project tracker adherence, timely updates and completion
  • Facilitate communication among the program ,management team members
  • Insure appropriate access to accurate real time information among the team and other interested parties
  • Oversee the program deliverable including timely completion of program management level activities
  • Resolve issues due to lack of information or conflicts among team members
  • Approve PCO's as necessary for individual programs
  • Communication interface between Morey and the customer
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Attributes:

  • 3+ years Project Management experience within manufacturing
  • Demonstrate understanding of company systems and requirements, particularly those that

impact or are impacted by the new product management processes

  • Knowledge of the general production flow and requirements
  • Ability to lead a group
  • Understanding of program management techniques
  • Knowledge of Interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking and basic customer relations skills
  • Ability to create, conduct, and document team meetings which include internal and external participants
  • Advanced ability to within spreadsheets and project planning software
