  • Salary Range: $136,000.
    00 to $162,000.
    00 depending on experience.

Summary: Responsible for the strategic development of sales programs for BTA, TBS and end users to help achieve TABS revenue and profit objectives.
Serve as a principal liaison with many of the companies (partners) whose products are services are sold by TABS.
These include hardware, consumables, service and software suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sell-in (for Dealers and TBS) and sell-thru programs (designed to sell in GSA, GEM and commercial clients) which drive the achievement of TABS revenue growth.
  • Develop applicable strategies and oversee the implementation of initiatives and utilization of key analytics to ensure programs are successful and align with TABS business goals.
  • Identify problem areas and develop successful solutions to mitigate financial risk.
  • Direct and manage relationships with selected partners (Toshiba and Non-Toshiba), including price and terms negotiation.
  • Drive collaboration and relationship with TTEC to strengthen product line growth and achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage partner cost/benefit analysis and develop standards which drive partner relationships and performance.
  • Ensure TABS maintains all advantages required to maintain and increase marketshare through partnerships.
    Identify areas of concern and facilitate solutions which support the achievement of revenue goals.
  • Direct, manage and control the presentation of programs to all customer types in person or via remote platform.
  • Collaborate and facilitate the successful development and delivery of win-win strategies/partnerships which drive the achievement of business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing and/or Business) or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a combination of the following: Sales and/or Marketing Program Development, Marketing/Channel Analysis and Partner Management/Relationship Cultivation within the Document Imaging Industry.
  • 6 years of experience managing a staff.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the development of marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience working in multiple channels with extensive OEM background.
  • Extensive experience in the Document Imaging Industry.
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence and negotiate with C Suite.
  • High-level presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to translate business strategy into value propositions for channel and/or industry partners.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
