Program Planner Hybrid Littleton Co Apply
We are looking for a Program Planner for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
This 4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role; this is a hybrid role at Littleton, CO.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
- Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules that accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
- Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
- Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored, and status-reported
- Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
- Interfaces with program management, senior management, and the customer as the program planning integrator.
- Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
- Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
- Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling in aerospace/defense or technology industries.
- Experience in Earned Value Management.
- Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities.
- Past Lockheed Martin Space Experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation: $44/hr - $60/hr
