StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements. Essential Job Duties Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Travel Requirements TBD Experience Requirements Over Eight (8) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Desired Experience Experience with NAVAIR AMS and CSPT and experience with associated processes and documents. Experience with the DoN POM planning process, and development of strategies, planning, issue sheet development, and briefs for IPT specific inputs. Experience with Program Management business operations: action tracking, scheduling, facility maintenance and briefs/correspondence development. Risk Management Education Requirements Senior - MA/MS degree Allowable Substitute for MS Degree: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Associate Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Six (6) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Security Requirements U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The estimated base salary range for this position is $107,000.00 - $136,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
