Experience with Illinois workNet, IWDS2.0, WIOA workforce development reporting systems (preferred).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Google Docs, Balsamiq, Miro, and Confluence for collaboration.
Knowledge of SharePoint 2013, ElasticSearch, and registry management tools (preferred).
Training & Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop training materials, user guides, and presentation decks.
Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Preferred Experience
Experience managing outreach programs for technology-driven platforms.
Marketing or digital engagement experience in government, non-profits, or education.
Familiarity with Agile project management processes.
