Program Manager Job Description Wages: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour. Summary The primary role of the Program Manager is the management of client planning, including all person-centered plans in compliance with State and Federal regulations. This position is a strong advocate for all of Kittitas Interactive Management (KIM) clients and oversees program management for client services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Implement and evaluate individualized programs for clients, including: treatment team plan, functional assessments and safety plan, PBSP’s, IISP’s, and assist with client ID processes (food assistance application, social security cards, state ID, birth certificate). Manage the development and implementation of Individual Program Plans (IIPs) and related inventory updates, POC data changes, IFP data changes, etc. Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate with KIM, clients, guardians, DDA, therapists, and other parties. Supervise monthly charting and calendar revisions performed by Training and Program Supervisors. Manage data collection of KIM client information related to client planning. Handle client planning paperwork involving guardians or legal representatives. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information, providing clear, complete, factual information to all KIM parties. Acknowledge clients’ needs, wants, and rights with dignity and respect. Abide by all agency policies, procedures, and practices. Oversee compliance of treatment team and therapist documentation. Assist case resource manager with development of CSCP. Report promptly any injuries, behaviors, abuse, or safety hazards to the proper chain of command. Oversee incident reports and non-medical/healthcare-related issues. Participate in household configuration and transition of clients regarding client planning. Obtain Community Protection Site Approvals. Assist in managing fundraising events and participate in community events to improve quality of life for supported individuals. Education & Experience Minimum age of 18 years. Current criminal background check cleared by DSHS before working alone or unsupervised with clients. Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID. Minimum one year as a Training and Program Supervisor. Bachelor’s degree desired, but not required. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability to adapt to a fast-changing environment. Time management skills to manage multiple high-priority projects. Ability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations None required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Language Skills: Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, reports, technical specifications, governmental regulations, and correspondence. Apply proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting to communications. Present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings to management and staff. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and interpret graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve a wide range of practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and complex variables; interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; manage multiple variables. Computer Skills: Ability to operate related computer applications (e.g., word processing and spreadsheet applications) and business equipment including personal computer, copier, fax machine, and telephone. Physical Demands Talking: Able to convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly. Average hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. Finger dexterity: Using primarily fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching. Repetitive motion: Frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements. Average visual acuity: Necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery. Physical strength: Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally lift or move up to 20 lbs. Your Workplace Internally, work is normally performed in a home setting with limited exposure to extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, or fumes. Noise level is moderate and may include sounds of normal household equipment (furnaces, telephones, etc.).
