Program Specialist Coordinator Apply
Position: Program Specialist West Coast Accounts
Location: Laguna Beach, CA (Orange County) 3-4 days/week in office
Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent/Full-Time
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree required
1-3 years of professional work experience in Marketing, Sales or related fields
Project Management and/or Account Management skills
Digital Marketing and/or Digital Analytics experience
Client support / presentation experience
Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel (i.e. creating complex spreadsheets, including use of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts)
Candidates will be required to complete an Excel skills test
Strong written and verbal communication, including articulating data findings and analyses
Interpersonal skills necessary to promote a collaborative team environment and add value to the client relationship
Detail oriented, highly organized and self-motivated
Automotive experience is a plus
Understanding of the digital marketing space Google/Meta Advertising and Website Experience
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills
Desire to innovate and manage your own projects
