Overview As a Residential Program Specialist (Program Manager), you will oversee and monitor administrative and programmatic tasks for the Residential Habilitation Services program. You will supervise a team of site supervisors and direct care staff members, serving as a coach and mentor, and coordinate, develop, and review individual program plans in collaboration with family members, residential providers, and the ISP team. Responsibilities Oversee and monitor administrative and programmatic tasks for Residential Habilitation Services programs. Supervise a team of site supervisors and direct care staff members; coach and mentor staff. Coordinate, develop, and review individual program plans in coordination with team members, including family members, residential providers, and the ISP team. Consult with the ISP team on activities within the home and community. Qualifications Master’s Degree with one (1) year of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; OR Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of experience with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; OR Associate’s Degree/60 credit hours and four (4) years of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities. Willing and able to obtain PA Certified Investigator certification. Valid PA driver’s license and a good driving record. Willing and able to travel to meet clients across the community. Preferred but Not Required Minimum of two (2) years of experience in direct provision and/or oversight of residential habilitation services.
