Overview: The ideal candidate will have tested experience in analysis, design, programming, testing, implementing, and supporting web-based applications, in the Microsoft/Windows platform. The person in this role will be supporting a maintenance project developed in ASP.NET 4.0 and VB .NET. for the purpose of grant monitoring and reporting. The person in this role will join 2 current developers to maintain the Grant Electronic Monitoring System/Michigan Administrative Review System (GEMS/MARS) application. This person will often need to work independently, working with the business to gather requirements and deliver requested changes. The ideal candidate will have tested experience in: - Analysis, design, programming, implementing, and supporting web-based applications. - Experience developing data driven applications. - Working with business clients to develop solutions for complex systems.
