Job Summary: The Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining computer programs, applications, reports, and databases to meet the needs of the business. Needs may include internal management, accounting, inventory, order processing, sales, and production.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Programming Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and SQL databases in alignment with the business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues by identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
  • Generate and maintain quality documentation for software applications and IT related processes.
  • Design and maintain internal reports.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing software applications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate in the deployment and integration of third-party software and systems.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft C# and .NET framework.
  • Experience in database design and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Ability to work independently or in a small team environment.


Work Environment: Office setting.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.
  • Ability to stand; walk; reach above shoulders; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required are close vision.


Travel Required: No travel is required.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in software programming.
  • Experience with Microsoft Report Builder preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Other Duties: As assigned.
