We are seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our growing IT team at our North Tonawanda location! This is an in-person position that will play a key part in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our cloud-based ERP system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: Work within the Windows ecosystem to support IT and business operations. Collaborate with senior management to identify system needs and optimize workflows. Analyze application issues by evaluating procedures and processes. Develop and implement solutions to improve business efficiency. Conduct testing to validate program effectiveness and ensure seamless operation. Provide training and ongoing support for system users. Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Science, or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in API’s and XML (required). Experience with Progress ABL programming and Infor CSD ERP (preferred). Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). Familiarity with Windows Server 2012/2016 and later versions. Experience in web programming. JavaScript and SQL skills (preferred but not required). Why Join Us?
