Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Equipment (CNC vertical & horizontal mills, CNC lathes & Swiss lathes)
• Programming in Mazatrol and G code.
• Make adjustments to and inspect/approve parts with applicable gauging.
• Check parts to part prints using computer-generated test criteria.
• Troubleshooting all machines when needed.
• Troubleshooting tooling issues.
• Improving cycle times and tool life.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass machinability test.
• Prior experience in the operation and setup of CNC machines.
• Experience on both turning and horizontal machining a plus.
• Knowledge of tooling and able to assist in tool related problem solving.
• Knowledge of gauges and CMM operation.
• Ability to follow directions, including detailed procedures or work instructions.

Job Type: Hourly

Hours: M-Th 5a - 3:30p, some OT may be necessary
