Skills and Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. 5–8 years’ experience as a programmer/analyst preferred. Full life‑cycle development knowledge; demonstrates database understanding. Project management skills; Oracle Designer/Developer, SQL, PL/SQL or similar. \ Strong skills in at least two domains; certifications desired.
