The Project Accounting Intern will report to the Senior Project Accountant. Allocate and post credit card receipts and vendor invoices, daily. Perform project profitability analysis, weekly. Perform sales and use tax best practice to applicable accounts payable process. Prepare periodic adjusting entries. Performs basic office functions to support the business and gain exposure in areas outside of accounting. Other duties that this position will be exposed to may include budgeting preparation and analysis, and construction project site visits. WHAT WE VALUE Ability to communicate effectively and present information clearly. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, high organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information. WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program at an accredited four-year college or university with a declared major in Accounting.
