Job Description

We are looking for a motivated person in the admin space with experience in general or site contracting. The main project specific activities for this position are:

1. Time tracking

2. Expense recording

3. Review and entering of invoices

4. Tracking of equipment

5. Assisting PM with overflow from operations specific to job

While the position will be responsible for 1-3 jobs at a time depending on size. There will also be a variety of admin tasks required on a weekly basis mainly related to the production and management of project reports. It is also possible that candidate will assist our CEO with booking of hotel reservations for employees, and the submission of permits and permissions to local municipalities or DOT. 

 

We are a fast growing team of 4 and we are looking to add one more capable project admin to our ranks to fill out our office. This is a position with structure but also the ability to grow in the role and pursue what you are best at if it fits the needs of our company. Looking forward to hearing from you!
